FAC Cloud - Service Delivery Policy

FAC Cloud is a software service delivered electronically over the internet. Nothing is physically shipped, and no delivery address is required. This policy explains what you receive, and when.
1. What you receive
A FAC Cloud subscription gives your organisation access to the AI assistant runtime — conversation, and the knowledge base and workflow features included in your plan. You use it through your own Frappe or ERPNext site with the FAC client installed, and through the FAC Cloud web application.
2. When access begins
Access is provisioned automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment provider. This is normally immediate; where a bank or UPI confirmation is delayed, provisioning follows as soon as the confirmation reaches us.
Your plan's credit allowance is available straight away. Prepaid credit purchases are added to your balance on the same confirmation.
If a payment succeeds but access is not provisioned, contact [email protected]. We will either provision the service or refund the charge under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
3. Billing cycle and renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually as you choose at checkout. Your plan's credit allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle and does not carry forward. Prepaid credits are separate: they remain on your balance until used or until they expire, and the expiry is shown in Settings → Billing.
Renewal is automatic until you cancel. Cancellation is covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
4. Invoices
A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for each billing cycle, emailed to the billing address on the account and available in Settings → Billing. Customers registered in India should provide a GSTIN during registration so the invoice supports an input tax credit claim.

6. Where the service is available
FAC Cloud is sold to business customers in India and internationally. Customers in India are billed in INR with GST applied. Customers billed outside India are charged in USD.
